  Remember not to waste time counting the number of words you have written, just count how many you write in a line which is usually about 7 or 8 and then work it out. So your article should be about 20 to 25 lines long.

When you are writing an article don't start writing immediately, spend a bit of time thinking about the question and note down some ideas. Make a paragraph plan so you know exactly what you are going to say in each paragraph.

  • Make sure you know who the reader is.
  • Use an appropriate style.
  • Try ans make it interesting.
  • Check your article for spelling mistakes.
  • Check your article for grammar mistakes.
  • Use a conversational style.
  • Use at least one rhetorical question.
  • Write at least 4 paragraph.
