  Formal Transactional Letter  
     
  When you are writing a transactional letter you must include all the relevant infromation you are given in the prompts. You will also be given credit if you include extra relevant points that you have thought of yourself.

Make sure you have clear if the letter they are asking you to write is formal or informal and that you have included all the points.

  • Make sure you ask the questions you need to.
  • Remember that all the questions are indirect questions.
