Feeding Cereals

  
     
  The child's brain is fed on glucose but it also need essential fats to keep it working in top condition.  
     
  The human body is unable to fabricate this type of fats, we can only obtain them from eating food like : blue fish, seeds and dry fruit.  
     
  If you want to start them up with a good breakfast full of Omega 3 and 6 prepare the following mixture :  
     
 
  • 200 gms. of oat flakes or maize flakes.
  • a soup spoon of sunflower seeds
  • a soup spoon of pumpkin seeds
  • a soup spoon of sesame seeds
  • a soup spoon of flax seeds
  
     
  Keep it in an airtight container and serve it to your kids for breakfast, they will love it.
