Fish is a quite complete food which is rich in proteins and is
essential for tissue regeneration. |

Fish is also high in iodine which controls the thyroid gland which
incides on growth, vitamin B12 essential for the red blood cells and
vitamin D essential for bone wellfare. |

For all these reasons it is advisable that children eat fish at
least four times a week and at least one of these should be blue
fish. |

Frozen fish is an excellent option as it is a very stable way of
conserving fish and can usually bought cleaned and without bones. |
