| Doctors say that the later cereals are introduced into a child's diet there is less possibility of the child developing an allergy to gluten. | ||
| Baby food : cereals should be introduced when the child is 5 or 6 months old. First they should be introduced without gluten to avoid protein intolerance, from the age of 7 or 8 months we can give the child a mixture of cereals with and without gluten. If your child suffers from diarrhoea or doesn't gain weight then you should ask the doctor. | ||
| Bread and biscuits can be introduced after the age of 7 months. | ||
