Nowadays there are so many types of yoghurts in the supermarkets it
can be quite confusing at times. |

Yoghurts are a very complete food as it contains a large ammount of
Calcium and Vitamin A. Except for low fat yoghurts they all contain
a large ammount of saturated fats. |

|
Those which are supplemented with cream are obviously creamier but
they also contain a larger percentage of fats (to be taken into
account if your child is overweight or suffers with cholesterol. |

The Greek yoghurt has 4 times more fat than conventional yoghurts. |

The nutritional value of yoghurts depends on the ammount of added
sugar, if it contains pieces of fruit, marmalade or cereals. |
