Ideas to Spend More Time with Kids |

| With out modern society there are many kids today who when they get home are alone. | ||
| Due to the economical situation of the world many parents have had to do away with nannies or extra activities. | ||
| The children who spend a lot of time alone at home tend to get worse results at school as they are not assisted with their homework or studying. | ||
| They also stand a higher chance of suffering from obesity as no one controls what they eat. | ||
| They also stand a higher chance of being exposed to none adequate content both on the telly and on the internet. | ||
| To avoid these problems it's advisable to spend at least 20 minutes a day talking to your kids without any distractions, just simply the time necessary to talk to them about what they have done today and give them a chance to share their experiences with you. | ||
| It's also important to dedicate them a certain ammount of time at the weekend. | ||
