In October it hibernates burrying itself in places with large humidity and near water.	En Octubre hiberna enterrándose en un lugar muy húmedo cerca de agua.
Males have a vocal sack under their mouth which acts as a resonance chamber allowing them to perform a peculiar mating sound.	Los machos tienen un saco vocal debajo de su boca que actua como una camara de resonancia permitiendoles emitir un peculiar sonido nupcial.
The female lays rounded packets of eggs which attach themselves to the vegetation. The female lays over 1000 eggs at a time.	La hembra pone paquetes redondos de huevos que quedan adheridos a la vegetación. La hembra pone mas de 1000 huevos en cada puesta.
Its larvae suffer metamorphosis.	Sus larvas sufren metamorfosis.
Its population is affected by constructing, destroying their homes and large drought.	Su población se ve afectada por la construcción, destrucción de su habitat y grandes sequias.
